Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within your Zahara account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date. Your data is always preserved.
A user is anyone with a Zahara login — whether they create purchase orders, approve invoices, or manage settings. Read-only approvers and administrators both count towards your user limit.
You won't be cut off. Zahara will alert you when you approach your limit. You can add volume top-ups via an add-on, or upgrade your plan — whichever works best for your team.
No. All prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT, which will be added at the current standard rate at checkout.
