This policy outlines how Zahara nurtures a culture of integrity and accountability in our business operations, both in the workplace and when dealing with stakeholders.

• Do not use their position for personal gain and act in the best interests of the company
• Disclose any relationships, connections or activities that may present a conflict of interest to management as soon as the conflict is noticed

Accountability

At Zahara we encourage employees to act with accountability. We want to nurture a culture where our employees feel that they can comfortably report instances of unethical behaviour, instances of law breaking or any breaches of this ethics policy. To support this we will:

• Offer anonymous channels for reporting legal or policy breaches if needed
• Ensure the delicate handling of any employee who feels the need to come forward with information
• Treat violations of law or this policy with disciplinary action and, where applicable, the involvement of law enforcement
