Review or refer us and earn points

Positive Review - You can review us in a number of different ways. The links are listed below. Each review earns 50 points.
Demo Referral - Send your contacts our demo link and get them to include your email address. You will earn 150 points for each completed demo.
New Customer - If your referral takes a subscription of Zahara you will earn a further 250 points.
Testimonial - Send us a positive sentence or two about Zahara that we can use on our website 20 points

Redeeming points. How to get paid

Points can be redeemed for gifts and vouchers as shown below. Here is the T&C bit:

  • Minimum 70 points redemption (1 Review & a Testimonial).
  • Points equals £0.50 value approx.
  • All activities need to be submitted using the form below.
  • Reviews are positive.
  • Redemption requests are submitted using the form below.
  • New customers subscribe for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Demo's are booked with established organisations.

How do I get points?
Recommend us or review us to get points. To record your points, you need to submit the form above. We will then check your submission and assign the points to you.
How do I get my vouchers?
Assuming you have 70 or more points, you can submit the form above to request vouchers. We will then review the request and send the vouchers (or gift) to you by email or to a postal address you specify. We will check that with you just before dispatch.
How many points do I get for bringing in a new customer?
There are 400 points available for a new customer. 150 for your friends attending a Zoom / Teams demo and then a further 250 if they decide to become a Zahara customer. If they pay annually, points are attributed straight away. If they subscribe monthly, points will be attributed after 6 months. We expect referrals to be to suitable established organisations rather than startups without the current requirement for Zahara's cost controls and AP Automation.
How do I check how many points I have?
Bookmark this page and then use the form again and choose a 'Points Check' request. We will email you your points total.
How do I book the referral demo?
On this page there is a green button for a demo. That provides a unique demo link that you can send to your friends or you can use. You need to add their details and your own email address in the "Who referred you to us? Please provide their email address" field. Once you know the demo has been booked or taken place, submit the form above to record your points. Everything on rewards is linked to your email address so we need to know who has referred us.
