Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes for sure. You can start on one package and change at any time using add-ons.
Do you offer a Not for Profit Discount?
We regularly run offers for Not for Profits and Charities which are displayed above if active.
What is a premium integration?
Currently our premium integrations are Sage200, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Business Central. These are only available under the Enterprise price band.
Can I start off paying monthly and change to yearly?
Yes. There is a discount for paying annually so you can claim this if you ask to change payment from monthly to annual.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you pay monthly, you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. If you pay annually, you can cancel and not renew. We don't provide refunds on any unused subscription if you pay annually.
How do I get a custom plan?
The Enterprise plan by nature is customised for you. Our AP specialists will design a quota that works for you as Zahara's pricing is made up of different quotas for orders and invoices as well as users.
