Minimum quotes for orders

We have a similar feature already available that can force users to submit a quote if the order exceeds a threshold (i.e. orders over £10k must have a quotation attached). This is available in Business>Settings>Purchase Orders>Validation>Quotes required.
We currently can't make it mandatory for the user to upload three separate quotes with this feature, but it is perhaps something that we can work on in the future.
We recommend including this as part of training for your users and approvers. The instructions could be that the raiser uploads three quotes when the warning is triggered, and approvers should look out for these.
