What Is a Purchase Order? Our Guide for AP Professionals
There are three ways to approve an order or an invoice. The best experience is the mobile app. The email is designed to be short and quick. The approver can approve:
The ‘Review with Details‘ Link in the email or on the approver Dashboard will take you to the document and it’s history so will show you any attachments and the full details .
The Mobile app approval will also have the document history with links to any attachments.
We don’t put supporting attachments into the Order approval email for the reasons above – they are viewable when you click into the approval. You can however put an invoice attachment into an invoice approval by using the {invoice_pdf_attachment} placeholder in the Invoice Approval template
